Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day:

• you receive your order, or
• in the case of multiple items in one order delivered separately, when you receive the final item.

To exercise your right to withdraw, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by a clear statement (for example, by email or by post), or by completing the cancellation form below.

You must send your cancellation request before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

Returns & refunds

If you cancel your order:

• You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging (where reasonably possible).

We will issue a refund for:

• The full value of the goods
• Standard delivery costs (if applicable)

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return), using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Please note:

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or incorrect.

We may make a deduction if the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary.

Exceptions

The right to withdraw does not apply to certain products, including:

• Items that have been customised or made to your specifications
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed (where applicable)
