Faulty Goods
For goods purchased from the Silver Cross website, you are entitled to a refund if a fault occurs with your product within the warranty period and subject to warranty conditions.
Please note that any faulty product MUST be returned to us in order to qualify for either a refund or an exchange. In order to arrange for a product to be returned please email us at staffexpert@silvercross.ie and we'll get in touch with you. This shall not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty products.
On confirmation of any fault, we will refund the price that you paid for the faulty products in full (including any basic delivery charges you have already paid) or offer replacement.
We will deal with product fault queries on a case by case basis and will always ensure that your statutory rights are not affected.
For products purchased at third-party retailers, please contact the retailer in the event that you wish to return your product.
Silver Cross prams, pushchairs, car seats and nursery furniture are guaranteed for a period of 36 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing faults and material defects, when the product is used correctly according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Accessories are also guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. The manufacturer’s warranty is only valid for purchases through approved Silver Cross stockists and is not transferable, only the original purchaser can make a claim.
